Welcome to Jesus Our Hope
Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, Jesus Our Hope Retreat House is
just minutes from the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Retreat House sits adjacent
to Blue Jay Gulch and open up to a valley of trees, pastures, and mountain tops;
making it an ideal location for quiet reflection and silent meditation. The location
of this facility offers an opportunity for individuals and small groups to reflect
on the wonders of God’s created beauty and love that He has for His People. While
it is a Catholic Retreat facility, all denominations are welcome to the stay at
the Center.
The only condition to staying on the premises is to take time to “Be Still”
and converse with God. It is, in other words, exclusively for people who wish to
conduct a private or a group Retreat.

On Saturday the 14th of April, Bishop James Conley dedicated the Blessed John Paul II Oratory at the St. Clare House on the grounds of Jesus Our Hope. Holy Mass was con-celebrated with the President of the Retreat Grounds, Father Don Brownstein. In attendance, were the Board of Directors and employees of Jesus Our Hope. During the Bishop's homily, he interwove the importance of retreats with the Divine Mercy, the Octave of Easter and with the patron of the Oratory, Blessed John Paul II. Bishop Conley was presented with a gift that memorized the event.
Thanks to Deacon Richard Borda for the pictures and Maureen Wolbach for altar serving. Also, thanks to Theresa Donohoe and Mary Borda for the wonderful food after the Mass.
Otto the Retreat Dog, was not in attendance. He was busy guarding the main domicle and sent his regrets.
